Stuart Ridge Phase 2

Phase 2 of Stuart Ridge will consist of about 200 home sites. The first 40 should be ready to move in around January and we'll have move in ready homes throughout the remainder of 2024. We've added three- two story homes to the line up for phase 2.

The way you select a lot with us is by determining the floor plan and elevation(exterior) you like first, then we'll show you all the lots that we've chosen for that plan to be built on. From your top three lots, we'll show you what the brick, stone, and trim paint will be. You pick your favorite one. EASY!
